Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs using provided industry-standard equipment
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments with advanced regulatory software
- Advise stakeholders on regulatory changes and compliance requirements
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations using forensic analysis tools
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership
- Train staff on compliance protocols using provided VR simulation equipment
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory updates and policy changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Proficiency with compliance management software and data analytics tools
- Certification (CRCM, CCEP, or CCRM) highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
