Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Develop, implement, and maintain updated compliance policies and standard operating procedures.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations, recommending corrective actions to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate inspections and reporting.
- Train employees on compliance requirements, ethics, and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing.
- Strong understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CFE, CPA) is a significant plus.
