- Develop/update compliance policies and procedures

- Investigate potential compliance violations and prepare reports
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams on compliance strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (BSA, AML, OFAC)
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in compliance software and MS Office
