Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement compliance protocols across all departments
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, and training materials
- Collaborate with legal and executive teams to address compliance issues
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective actions
- Stay updated on industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, HIPAA)
- Prepare compliance reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification a plus
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., RSA Archer)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
