Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust compliance programs aligned with federal regulations (Dodd-Frank, SOX)
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and internal audits across financial operations

- Train staff on compliance protocols and ethical standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years compliance experience in financial services
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation required
- Expert knowledge of Ohio state and federal regulations
- Advanced proficiency in compliance software (e.g., MetricStream, RSA Archer)
- Exceptional analytical and risk evaluation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
