Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts: Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and timely.
  • Reconciliation: Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all records match and discrepancies are resolved immediately.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, prepare monthly financial statements, and assist in budget preparation.

Qualifications
