Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Manage vendor payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks with strict adherence to payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain the vendor database and ensure Master File accuracy.
- Assist with the month-end close process, including accruals and financial reporting preparation.
- Review and approve employee expense reports according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume setting.
- Must be currently located in San Diego, CA.
