Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll accurately and timely, adhering to our weekly pay cycle.
- Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to detect discrepancies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
