Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting documentation
- Support audits by compiling financial data and schedules
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
