Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process weekly payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ledgers, and journals in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly tax preparations and filings.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices with high precision.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
