- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll systems
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation quarterly
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for client financial workflows
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Generate month-end closing reports and variance analyses
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously
- California residency required for in-office support
