- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and tax documentation
- Monitor cash flow and budget variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with CPAs for quarterly reviews and audits
- Train staff on financial software protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with error reconciliation skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CB) preferred
