Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate with clients and insurance providers regarding payment issues
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and billing system integrity
- Generate monthly financial reports and billing analytics
- Train staff on billing compliance and regulatory updates
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Proficiency in Epic, Medisoft, or similar billing systems
- Expert knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines with precision
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
