Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, financial statements, and budget reports.
- Payroll Support: Assist with monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in the preparation of inventory reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes adhere to GAAP and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Software: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy in data entry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- License: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
