Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Manage payroll processing for a diverse client portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding financial status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during night shifts.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
