Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and financial audits.
- Process payroll and ensure tax filings are completed on time.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documents.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience with QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Experience with Apex or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
