Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and fixed asset schedules.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Associate degree in Accounting/Finance required.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
