We pride ourselves on accuracy and integrity. In this role, you will manage the financial health of our clients, ensuring that every transaction is recorded accurately and that financial reports are delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Process weekly payroll for a team of 20+ employees using ADP.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and filing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with ADP or similar payroll software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
