Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Process payroll and tax filings using ADP/QuickBooks
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks proficiency (desktop and online)
- Expert knowledge of Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with payroll processing and tax filings
- Strong attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Relevant QuickBooks certification preferred
