We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team in Columbus, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy of our financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and support our senior accountants in preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
- Process payroll accurately using QuickBooks Online.
- Maintain and organize financial files and records.
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual sales and use tax returns.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
