Responsibilities

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

- Implement bookkeeping best practices for multi-location businesses

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Ability to reconcile accounts with 100% accuracy
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Strong data entry skills (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent certification
