Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely payments
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors
- Handle client inquiries regarding billing and payment terms
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (if applicable)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) preferred
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems a plus
- Ability to meet strict monthly deadlines
- High school diploma; Associate's degree in accounting required
