Your Role

Responsibilities
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Perform month-end reconciliation and data entry.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial reporting accuracy.
- Process payments and update customer account statuses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic understanding of US tax regulations is highly desirable.
