Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including generating and sending invoices to clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare monthly financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in our ERP system (NetSuite/SAP).
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with billing software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
