Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Generate, verify, and distribute high-volume invoices accurately and timely to clients.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor accounts to ensure payments are collected and posted correctly; follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of billing statements to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized, up-to-date digital and physical records of all billing transactions and contracts.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly billing reports and analysis of revenue trends.
- Compliance: Ensure all billing practices comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure accuracy in high-volume data processing.
