Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims with 95%+ accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient account inquiries
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive review
- Collaborate with coding teams to ensure compliance
- Utilize Epic EHR and Medisoft systems for billing operations
- Conduct regular audits of charge master files
- Train staff on billing processes and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience required
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Proficiency in ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
