Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness prior to processing.
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and answer customer inquiries regarding invoices and statements.
- Reconcile monthly billing statements and prepare financial reports for management.
- Update and maintain billing records in our CRM and accounting software.

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
