- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers with precision (99.8% accuracy target)
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure complete charge documentation
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive leadership review
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and CMS billing regulations
- Train staff on new billing protocols and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare billing experience with insurance claims
- Expertise in Epic Resolute or similar EHR billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or equivalent credential
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding guidelines
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
