Responsibilities
- Process and manage high-volume billing invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and internal controls
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Manage customer communication regarding billing disputes and credits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and billing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Knowledge of GAAP and healthcare billing regulations
