As a Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly. We are seeking an individual who can handle high volumes of transactions with 100% accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Review and process invoices and bills for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle billing inquiries from clients and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and send monthly statements to customers.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Update customer billing information in the ERP system.
- Identify and report on billing trends or potential revenue issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
- Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect errors in data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
