Responsibilities
- Process and issue invoices with 100% accuracy in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments to minimize revenue leakage.
- Reconcile billing statements and resolve discrepancies with internal departments and external clients.
- Maintain and update customer billing records and payment history in our ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries, terms, and conditions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and month-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency with billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted billing practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines in a high-volume setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
