Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims with 99% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies and denials within 48 hours
- Manage patient accounts and payment plans
- Collaborate with coding teams for optimal reimbursement
- Generate monthly billing analytics reports
- Ensure HIPAA and ACA compliance in all processes
- Train staff on billing software updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic/NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Expert knowledge of ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS codes
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
