- Manage accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with insurance providers for claim submissions
- Generate monthly billing reports and KPI dashboards
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors
- Train junior staff on billing systems and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in medical or corporate billing
- Expertise in Epic, Meditech, or similar billing platforms
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
- Proven HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
