Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) ledgers to ensure up-to-date status.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, errors, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate billing records in company software and databases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
