Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end billing cycle, from invoice generation to posting.
- Review and reconcile monthly billing statements to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding payment status.
- Generate and analyze monthly billing reports to identify trends and variances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our billing management system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
