Responsibilities
- Review and process billing invoices with 100% accuracy to ensure timely payments and revenue recognition.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
- Reconcile accounts receivable daily and update financial records in our ERP system.
- Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flow.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and maintain accurate audit trail documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or revenue cycle billing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Meditech, Epic, or similar EMR systems) and MS Office Suite (Excel is a must).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle high volumes of data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for client interactions.
