Responsibilities
- Process and post invoices accurately and efficiently using our ERP system (NetSuite).
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and initiate follow-up actions to resolve overdue balances.
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute monthly billing reports to management.
- Cross-reference sales orders with invoices to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Strong understanding of billing cycles, revenue recognition, and GAAP principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
