Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, coding, and submission
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and client payment issues within SLAs
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports with general ledger entries
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve contract billing ambiguities
- Implement continuous improvements to billing workflows
- Prepare monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP billing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of specialized billing or revenue cycle management experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle billing modules
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expertise in complex contract interpretation and billing calculations
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to 0.01% accuracy
