- Generate monthly financial performance dashboards
- Conduct periodic audits of billing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Expertise in Epic EMR and NextGen billing systems
- Proficient in CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 coding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table mastery
