Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable ledger and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Generate monthly aging reports and collection forecasts
- Optimize billing workflows using SAP and QuickBooks
- Conduct quarterly audits for compliance
- Train junior staff on billing protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and revenue recognition
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
