Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices (B2B/B2C) with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and collections strategies
- Resolve billing discrepancies through proactive client communication
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for leadership
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on contract terms
- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce/NetSuite
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in billing/accounts receivable role
- Expertise in ERP systems (Salesforce/NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) a plus
