Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS-1500 claim forms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and billing software (Epic/NextGen preferred)
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes and denials
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail exceeding 99.5% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for patient and insurer interactions
