Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, distribution, and payment tracking
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy
- Prepare monthly billing reports and analyze trends for financial leadership
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Handle escalated customer billing inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Support month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in billing or accounts receivable management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) certification preferred
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS billing cycles a plus
