- Process and reconcile complex invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and collections with strategic follow-up
- Resolve billing discrepancies through data analysis and client communication
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive review
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and billing schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and billing software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- Experience with healthcare or government billing preferred
