- Process and manage client invoices with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Maintain compliance with billing regulations and company policies
- Optimize billing processes to improve efficiency
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) certification a plus
