Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims accurately within 24-hour turnaround time
- Manage patient billing statements, including adjustments and payment plans
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage and claim status
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance in all billing documentation
- Generate monthly revenue reports for financial leadership review
- Train staff on billing protocols and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with insurance claim expertise
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR billing modules

- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
