Responsibilities
- Process complex insurance claims and electronic invoices using Epicor and SAP systems
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports with ERP data to resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with clients and insurance providers to resolve billing disputes
- Generate monthly revenue reports and variance analyses for leadership
- Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all billing documentation
- Train new billing associates on department protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or telecom billing experience
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS-1500 forms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and billing software
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Proven ability to process 200+ invoices monthly with 99% accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for identifying billing anomalies
