- Resolve billing discrepancies and manage accounts receivable aging reports
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate charge capture
- Implement billing process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Conduct monthly revenue audits and compliance reviews
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and system functionalities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical or corporate billing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and billing software (e.g., Medisoft)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced knowledge of revenue cycle management and HIPAA compliance
