Responsibilities
- Process and submit invoices to clients with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing inquiries
- Maintain detailed billing records in ERP systems
- Prepare monthly billing reports for financial review
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA)
- Handle patient/provider billing disputes professionally
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of medical billing experience preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and Medisoft billing software
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
