- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Prepare monthly financial statements and aging reports
- Collaborate with collections team on overdue accounts
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PCI regulations
- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Train new staff on billing protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in medical/finance billing experience
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
